Logged Out, Cannot Login With Mac App

Description
Computer woke from sleep, and Keybase Mac UI prompted me to login. Whenever I try to login, i get the following error:
Unknown error: Error: Device already provisioned for current user
The command-line seems to be functioning fine. Once I Quit and restarted, it automatically logged me in fine.
(an aside: the error screen does not let me select to copy/paste out)
