Installer cannot successfully run

Every time I run the installer, from the very first time, I get an error that "the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process".

No idea what file or what's using it.

Here's the log; I don't know which version of the client but it was downloaded today.

Start with the installer log and the DokanSetup_redist.exe step, especially the 0x80070020 errors while opening, caching, and executing the payload. Trace the installer entry point that invokes this package and determine the cause of the file or process lock; done means the Windows installer completes successfully.
