Description
System Windows 10
1.) Error during startup after setting up a private folder and having keybase in autostart - this happens if you are "too slow" in confirming the keybase password when a private folder is setup (did so over twitter with a friend)
2.) the Keybase CMD does not allow to mark and copy the URL to submit a bug report, which resulted in having to type the URI manually to send this report
3.) Warning during "log send" command, opening keybase.start.log - the system cannot find the file specified (I guess because it was never created/used before)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Windows 10 startup flow with a private folder, Keybase in autostart, and delayed password confirmation. Then investigate the CMD URL-copy behavior and the warning from log send about keybase.start.log; done means each reported failure is reproduced, explained, and covered by the relevant regression checks.
