Description
I've just installed the new keybase client for windows. When I launch it from the system tray this happens:

As you can see the UI shows up behind the system tray popup. This seems to be the normal behaviour for the system tray (i.e. clicking an icon does not immediately dismiss it) so this is a problem of window placement (why is the window welded to the bottom right corner anyway?)
