Description
Reporting for @helfi92:
keybase prove github
will prompt for a github username, but on entering that username it just re-prompts.
@helfi92 had just installed the client, so I expect it's recent, but please do put the output of keybase version here.

Start by reproducing the keybase prove github command and record the client version requested in the issue. Investigate why entering the GitHub username causes the prompt to repeat; done means the command accepts the username and proceeds with the GitHub proof.
