Research direction

Start by reproducing the TLS failure against https://api-1.core.keybaseapi.com using the reported Linux version 6.4.0-20240821175720.3212f60cc5, then compare behavior on Android and Debian. Done means both clients can connect to the Keybase.io API without the x509 unknown-authority error.
