**Describe the bug**
I'm unable to launch Keybase on my Mac mini (Apple M1, Sonoma 14.6.1) after following the download steps for arm64 at [keybase.io](https://keybase.io/docs/the_app/install_macos)

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Obtain a [Mac mini M1 chip with 8GB RAM](https://www.amazon.co.uk/2020-Apple-8-Core-3-2GHz-256GB/dp/B094RJFL6W)
2. Follow instructions [on keybase.io to download keybase for Apple Silicon](https://keybase.io/docs/the_app/install_macos)
3. Copy Keybase to the Applications folder and run it
5. See error
