Description
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.15-20160426160053+e0ab8e7
Using gnome-shell 3.20 the keybase icon is misaligned in comparison to other icons.
Screenshot here: http://pixbin.us/frrg19
Also when clicking on the icon an unexpected thing happens. A notification popup appears like
so: http://pixbin.us/n18okw and only when clicking on the notification popup does the keybase window show up. And it appears that's just a normal windows (it appears in alt-tab list and all). One would expect either a context menu when clicking on the icon to show up, not and actual window like described above, and definitely not by having to trigger on the notification first.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported behavior with Keybase GUI version 1.0.15 on GNOME Shell 3.20, comparing the icon alignment and click behavior described in the screenshots. Done means the icon is aligned with the other icons and clicking it shows the expected interface without requiring a notification click or placing an unexpected window in the alt-tab list.
