Description

I use 3 devices.
Laptop, PC and mobile.

Mobile and PC works fine.
Unfortunately on the Laptop after a reboot it is stuck in an endless loop of booting up:

I checked using ProcessMonitor and it performs actions in a loop but without any significant error seen.
Same in logs it makes some amazon S3 requests.

When I remove Keybase (unistall) and also the AppData local/roaming and then install it works.
Its really annoying as I must re-initialize the device as new...

Research direction

Use the reported laptop reboot loop as the reproduction case; review the startup logs and ProcessMonitor activity, including the Amazon S3 requests, and compare them with the state after removing AppData and reinstalling Keybase. Done means identifying why startup loops and preventing it without requiring device re-initialization.
