Description
With my german keyboard i want to write a "@" in keybase chat. On a german keyboard this is done by CTRL+ALT+Q. If I do that. the program will shutdown because CTRL+Q is the combination to shutdown. The correct way would be ALT GR + Q which is really counter intuitive to a german. I couldn't find a way to change that. Is there a way to set this? I really feel uncomfortable using Keybase, if this systematically happens. Thanks in advance!

Research direction
No source files or tests are named in the report. Start by reproducing the shutdown when entering "@" with a German keyboard in Keybase chat, then trace how the Ctrl+Q shortcut is handled and how AltGr input is reported. Done means typing "@" no longer shuts down the program while the shutdown shortcut remains usable.
