Fails to prove Twitter identity (for a public account)

I tried to prove my Twitter identity: https://twitter.com/jeehoon_kang/status/1670464797668958209

But it doesn't work: Keybase says it fails.

I tried multiple times revoking and retrying again.

I wonder how I can proceed. Thanks!
