Description
I am trying to update my Keybase password, but every time I try to reset it (via either the browser or the Keybase client) I'm seeing the following error:
no valid primary key self-signature or key(s) have expired (error 909)
I'm not sure if it's related to this issue I had back in 2016 - #1998. I know that I generally see lots of the following errors when performing actions on my account, so I'm not sure if this is related:
WARNING Bad subkey: openpgp: invalid data: subkey signature invalid: openpgp: invalid data: signing subkey is missing cross-signature
Others had suggested it might be an expired PGP key, but all of my PGP keys should be up to date.

Research direction
Start with the supplied log id 8196d3fd9fe2d59da7b7691c and review the password-reset behavior in both the browser and Keybase client. Compare the error 909 with the reported primary-key and missing cross-signature warnings. Done means identifying the cause of the failed reset and documenting a reproducible fix.
