Description
Keybase prompts me with an update window thinking I'm out of date, but it does not seem to recognise my version number.

Command line says this:
PS C:\Users\Sam> keybase version
Client: 6.1.0-20220610133835+1c45eff104
Service: 6.1.0-20220610133835+1c45eff104

Research direction
Start by reproducing the outdated-version prompt on Windows and compare it with the reported keybase version output for client and service 6.1.0. Trace how the update window reads and compares the installed version; done means the reported version is recognized correctly and the prompt no longer incorrectly treats it as outdated.
