Encryption/decryption doesn't work for one of my accounts

I have a work account and a private one.
Tried to send a message encrypted with saltpack and I only get that it's encrypted for someone else or for a key I don't have.
I can't even encrypt/decrypt my own saltpack message. How can this be fixed?
If I encrypt a message from my work account I can't decrypt it on my private. Same error message...

I did change password on my private account if that is the problem?

But no one can decrypt messages sent from this private account so there is a weird issue here.

If I keep hammering the decrypt button it will work, seems like something doesn't sync as it should...

Magic, it does work now...
After I changed password and did not login on my mobile device again. Now I can decrypt my own messages again.
Will nog login on the mobile device until I know why this is happening.
Any clues?

Nope, it's down again even without the mobile device.
Have no more clues here. Mobile worked for 3 decryptions then stopped.
