Description
Hi! There are few years I can't access my private directory on any of my devices. There's nothing there important, so I tried to reset and delete everything, but I had no success.
When the private folder is accessed using the keybase gui (both on Arch Linux and Windows), the following error is thrown:
```
ERROR CODE 2512 - This device does not yet have red access to directory /keybase/private/lucasc, log in Keybase from one of your devices to grant access: no valid public keys found [...]
```
my log id: 80305459e5852d192faba21c

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the ERROR CODE 2512 failure in the Keybase GUI on Arch Linux or Windows, then use log ID 80305459e5852d192faba21c to trace the invalid-public-key path; done means the private directory can be accessed or its reset behavior is clearly resolved.
