keybase failing to load on Windows 10

Description
Keybase is not loading. I get "Loading..." message and that's it.
I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but got the same problem.

From the command line then I did keybase whoami and it said:
- INFO Starting background server with pid=12912
The UI then somehow unblocked itself. But clicking on Files, then hangs again with the "Loading ..." screen.

Not sure what's going on. Seems like some update broke the client on Windows 10.
