Keybase file won't sync. It's in a constant "encrypt and upload" loop.

The only file I changed was 1 file, but it appended a bunch of (probably conflict resolution?) suffixes and are trying to upload 4 files named like: `file_name.RvQzOpd` (with different suffixes for all 4 files).

And of course no other machine can see any files uploaded by the machine in this conflict state.
