Description
I tried to use my own PGP key and now I can't chat.
You can see this at Sig chain event 109: https://keybase.io/1of1/sigchain#109
Resetting didn't help.
How can I fix it? I've been crawling through the CLI for hours. It affects all devices.

Research direction
Start by reviewing sigchain event 109 and reproducing the failed-send state through the CLI; the issue names no source file or test. Trace the PGP-related failure and identify the documented recovery path. Done means chat messages send again on all affected devices.
