Popup covered when taskbar at left edge of screen

If I place my Windows taskbar on the left edge of the screen, when I click, or left-click the Keybase icon the popup window appears, but the left portion of the window is obscured by the Windows taskbar. If the taskbar is placed along the right side of the screen this problem does not occur.

It is also not an issue when the taskbar is placed at the top of the screen, however there is the interesting issue that while the Keybase icon is at the top of the screen, the window pops up at the bottom of the screen, rather than anywhere near where the mouse-cursor


No source file or test is named. Reproduce the popup-positioning behavior on Windows with the taskbar on the left, right, and top edges, then trace the Electron GUI entry point that chooses the popup location. Done means the popup is fully visible beside the taskbar and appears in a sensible position when the taskbar is at the top.
