[Error Code 2704] Unable to access a specific private directory

my log id: 130356a4df4ba0b4b911381c
When I attempt to access a certain Keybase directory, I get the the above error. It happens both on mobile and on desktop.
This directory is just a handful of PDFs and other directories, nothing esoteric. I had not had problem with this directory in the past and haven't touched it -- to my knowledge -- in a year or so.
While it's being investigated, is there any workaround so that I can recover the data I'm unable to access?
