Description
[ERROR ... The system cannot find the file (keybased.sock)]
my log id: baf0a6526fc42d5419fdcc1c
Running on Windows 10 using PS, can't find any keybased.sock file? Usually I use mobile but GUI on desktop as well. That's very slow so I figured I'd try the command line but all I can do there is send logs to you apparently. So here's one from the Web side of things.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the command-line login on Windows 10 from PowerShell and capture the `keybased.sock` error. Trace which login component expects that socket and compare its behavior with the desktop GUI; done means the CLI login works or the required setup is clearly identified.
