keybase_setup didn't install k: drive for files.

Hello,

I am on Windows 10 x64 and after running keybase_setyp.exe, I was unable to find the k: drive in my devices.

The app itself worked fine. I am going to try and re-install to see if this resolves the issue, but sent you the logs in case they help find root cause here.

Start with the keybase_setup.exe installation path and the logs for log id a7ce63b09348775cb197801c. Reproduce the setup on Windows 10 x64 and determine why the K: drive is absent; done means the application installs successfully and the K: drive appears.
