havent been able to reinstall keybase for many versions always unable to find valid install package on windows.

anyway, somebody mulched the filename in the windows install manifest, as a result I havent been able to reinstall for a long time. i imagine this affects everyone that used that windows installer, and will ever need to reinstall.
