Error message for invite to Keybase and bugs in invite sections.

There are 2 or more bugs on the invite section on the Keybase app both on android phone app and computer app.

First, on the computer app, the error message says reached limit of invites in the red box but the red box hides too quickly, the box is visible for less than half of a second so its impossible to read the message. Please fix the red box delay on the computer app so the box is displayed for more time.

Second, on the phone app, there is little envelope icon to the right side bottom of app; to the right side of the invite button in the middle. The little envelope icon seems to be buggy; first there is no intuitive way to know what this icon is for, and there are numbers beside it that correlates to nothing on my phone. The envelope icon needs a screen that shows when you touch the icon. Also the invite button in the middle should be similar more screen popups for this all.

I believe the computer app invite does not function because I clicked the little envelope icon too many times. But it does nothing when I touch the envelope anyways.

Give better screens for the phone icons related to invites.

If I got to the maximum by some error in the software, then I want to know how long I need to wait to try to send the invite again on the computer app.

The computer app seems more easy to use for sending one invite.

I only wanted to invite 1 friend..... That is all... But at this moment it seems locked so I need to wait I guess?

Start by reproducing the reported behavior in the invite sections of the Android phone app and computer app, including the disappearing error box and envelope icon. Done means the invite-related screens are understandable and usable, the error message remains readable, and the reported invite flow works or clearly explains its limit.
