Description
I've got a ghost invite that I can seem to git rid of. It was fine until it's raised a perpetual notice on all of my device's UIs. Any thoughts?
I've tried both approving and denying and sent this log after deny upon request by @zapu

Research direction
Start with the supplied log ID 793c91528e070bd50d40c11c and the attached screenshot, then reproduce the add-request denial flow across the affected device UIs. The issue does not name a source file or test; done means denying the ghost invite removes the persistent alert from every UI.
