Keybase Files keep missing and gone

Actually this is rather more on quick question than issue.

Over the time using Keybase, keep it running on mac menu bar icon and not really active using it, **I notice all my files are gone at least twice** as far as I can remember within the lifetime of using Keybase. **The files in my private folder is simply empty.**

I don't have missing device, or login issue. I never reset my account but missing files over time seems insecure to put my files there.

Recently I just upgrade Keybase for Mac that prompt for "Enable in Finder" and install FUSE which I think there is some changes for Keybase handle files. I try a quick search for any breaking change but not found.

Is this Keybase Files is not for production yet? If yes, please make it obvious in the website because this feature doesn't have "Beta" tag. I just notice some paragraph down in the Keybase Book after years using it.
