Description

One of the common issues in social messaging platforms - especially ones famous for cryptocurrencies are plagued by scammers who utilize the public groups to:

  1. Get list of users part of a group (many without even being part of the group)
  2. DM users independently outside of the group

The scammers attack very noob-ish consumers who do not pay attention to verification details and simply go ahead and share private financial details to random individual on internet. To prevent such cases from happening on keybase, it would be great if the default settings for Keybase prevent users from accepting DM from another individual without having a two way follow.
