Description
Under MacOS Yosemite v10.10.5, I installed the latest version of Keybase (as of 5/16/2020). I proceeded to create an account and it tried to login. It gave an error:
Secret store not functional: error while retrieving secret: Secret store error: No secret found for test_ss_xxxxxxxx
Trying a "keybase login" from the command line produces the same result.
Is this perhaps that I need to update my MacOS OS version? Is this common? I saw there was issue #10671 and #19849 but none of the comments helped with anything.
I also tried "keybase db nuke" without any success (I did try restarting, too).
Logs were sent via keybase log send:

Research direction
Reproduce the failure on macOS Yosemite by creating a new account and running `keybase login`; compare the reported secret-store error with the attached log ID and the referenced issues #10671 and #19849. Done means a newly created account can complete login without the missing-secret error.
