Description
When attempting to access K:/ on my Windows 10 Laptop, I receive the following dialog:
"K:\ is not accessable
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service"
with the title
"Location not available"
Assuming "resources" refers to hardware resources, here they are:
CPU: Duel core 1.9GHz
RAM: 4GB
Arc.: x64
Keybase GUI Version: 1.0.14-20160316135738+b1a3399

Research direction
The report names no source file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing K:/ access on Windows 10 with Keybase GUI 1.0.14, then locate the Windows filesystem integration involved; done means identifying the cause and confirming that K:/ can be accessed without the reported dialog.
