"Failed to decrypt text." in desktop app, but works in Terminal

**Observered behaviour:**
I encrypted a text for myself via the web interface and tried to decrypt it within the crypto tab of the desktop app (for presentation purposes in preparation for a workshop on encryption). However, the app comes up with the error message "Failed to decrypt text."

Decrypting via keybase pgp decrypt -m "message" in Terminal works though.

**System**:
MacOS (latest stable)

Start with the desktop app's crypto tab and compare its decryption path with the working `keybase pgp decrypt -m "message"` command. Reproduce the failure on macOS using the stated Keybase GUI version; done means text encrypted for the user through the web interface decrypts successfully in the desktop app.
