Description
When using the web encrypt and decrypt tools I'm receiving the error "Error: no valid primary key self-signature or key(s) have expired"
I've adjusted the expiry dates for my keys but have not had any success in getting past this issue.
I've updated the expired keys with GPG and run `keybase pgp update` however this didn't work
curl -s https://keybase.io/numan1617/key.asc | gpg --list-packets

Research direction
Start by reproducing the failure in the Keybase web encrypt and decrypt tools with the affected key, then inspect the output of `keybase pgp update` and `gpg --list-packets` for the downloaded key. No source file or test is named, so the work is complete when the invalid-primary-key or expired-key case is understood and the web tools handle it appropriately.
