Description
The new crypto tools rolled out for mobile as well but are missing the option to encrypt, decrypt, sign and verify files (not just text) which exists on the desktop apps. Adding this feature to the iOS and Android apps as well would be very welcome.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing desktop file encrypt, decrypt, sign, and verify functionality and the corresponding mobile crypto tools. Done means the same file operations are available in both the iOS and Android apps, with coverage for each operation.
