Description
I will use google.com as an example site, since foobar.com returns an error.
in-app instructions for uploading text verification of google.com say this:
Please serve the text below exactly as it appears at one of these URLS:
google.com/keybase.txt
google.com/.well-known/keybase.txt
I tried the first format, it didn't work. Copied the same file to the second location, then it worked.
So I'm guessing the first location is now obsolete and should be removed from the instructions.

Start with the MacOS client's in-app instructions for uploading keybase.txt and verify which URL locations are supported. Confirm the expected location using the google.com example, then update the displayed instructions so they match the working behavior and check the upload flow.
