[Mac] Duplicate device after using Migration Assistant

Description
I just got a new mac and used a backup of my user folder to migrate my data from my old mac to my new one.
As part of that process, when I downloaded and installed the Keybase application, it logs me in and believes that I'm still on my old device.
My preference is not to revoke my old Mac as I intend to continue to use it, however I don't know how to remove any reference to the old data on my new device.
According to this issue: https://github.com/keybase/client/issues/18272 I should just need to rename the Keybase folder however I can't seem to find it in /Library to do so.
Am on MacOS 10.15.4 and installed the keybase application using homebrew.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
