Keybase GUI Version: 5.3.0-20200310142606+4f2689009b
After installation the Keybase Loading... splash screen comes up and never goes away. When I click on the Keybase icon in the tray it's stuck at "Starting up Keybase...". I rebooted my PC; same result. I uninstalled Keybase, deleted all folders with "keybase", deleted all registry entries with "keybase", re-installed and still the same issue.
