Research direction

Reproduce the problem with Keybase GUI 1.0.14 and the listed keybase login and keybase status commands, using log ID 326c42fff3b8bd20c705811c as the diagnostic reference. Done means provisioning succeeds and keybase status reports the user as logged in with a valid session and loaded keys.
