Description

Hello,
I have keybase 5.3.1-20200320154633+3e235215b3 running on linux mint.

I created an user and then deleted (olduser), then I created a newuser, and I have an all time notification from the old user: "user don't have access to /keybase/private/olduser". See:

![keybase_error](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/463429/77810250-57cf2f80-7072-11ea-8d9b-d7c2dc6f3fbc.png)

Every 5 minutes, that notification appear and is annoying.

I tried uninstalling and cleaning all settings, apt-purge, and deleted .cache, .config, and .local/share folders. Then also deleted /keybase folder.

Then install keybase again and login with newuser but olduser notification persist.

Can anyone help me?

Research direction

Reproduce the recurring notification on Linux Mint with the reported account-creation and deletion sequence, then compare behavior after removing the listed Keybase settings and /keybase data. Done means deleting olduser no longer produces repeated access-denied notifications after reinstalling and logging in as newuser.
