Description
It used to be possible to click the taskbar icon to open the keybase app on Linux (I think maybe clicking opened a context menu, from which I chose "show keybase"?). Now, clicking the icon does nothing perceptible. The icon now has what looks like a hover tooltip that says "show keybase" but it can't be clicked on (it disappears as soon as the cursor rolls off the keybase tray icon). To get the app window to appear, I have to open a terminal and do `run_keybase` to restart the app.

Research direction
Start by tracing the Linux Electron client and the `run_keybase` entry point, then reproduce the taskbar or tray click behavior. Done means clicking the Keybase Linux taskbar icon visibly opens the client window without restarting it.
