How to add device

Description
Hello, It looks like keybase app on my iphone logged me out. When i try to login back, iPhone asks me to verify using one of the devices, which is a PC. The instruction I get is On thinkpad, go to: Devices> Add Device > New phone
Unfortunately, I am not able to figure out where on my thinkpad, i will see Devices> Add Device > New phone. I do see the Devices, but not the "add device" link. Help please.
