Research direction

Start by reproducing the reported keybase pgp select command-not-found result on macOS Mojave and verify how Keybase was installed and whether its command-line executable is available in the shell PATH. No source file or test is identified; the issue is done when the installation provides a usable keybase command or the required setup guidance is documented.
