Description
KBFS gives me 250GB of encrypted storage, which is absolutely awesome and a great secure alternative for storing my project files and personal records, with the possibility of having the most important documents always with me.
However, while on the desktop I can customize the paths synced (`keybase fs enable ...`), there's just no way I can do it on the mobile app. This makes the offline feature basically unusable on the mobile as there's no way I could store 250 (or even simply 10) GB of data on my mobile, and thus I can't sync any files (as it's all-or-nothing). What I would like to be able to do is something like #15044, but for mobile. Is it possible?

Research direction
The issue points to #15044 and the desktop `keybase fs enable ...` command; start by comparing those with the Android app's current offline behavior. Done means Android users can choose which paths are synced instead of an all-or-nothing selection, with the scope agreed for mobile.
