Can't find the "check for updates" button

Keybase GUI Version: 5.1.1-20191211174240+15bbb94c23

Hey, I've received a notification for Keybase 5.2.0 update, for some reason it failed: I pressed "apply" but nothing happened.
After that, I was looking for "check for updates" and didn't find it (until now).
I think that "check for updates" button should be in "settings", not sure how exactly inside but maybe on "about Keybase" tab.

So there are 2 UX problems I would like to mention here:
1. the update failed for some reason, without any error message.
2. couldn't find "check for updates" until now

Review the Keybase GUI update flow and the settings or About Keybase locations where update controls are exposed. Confirm that users can find “check for updates” and that a failed update reports an error instead of doing nothing.
