KBFS docs seem rather old

first of all, is not dated, so it's not possible to tell how old it actually is. BUT, it still refers to alpha versions, things that will soon work, and losing all your data. Are any of those things still true?

Start with the KBFS documentation at https://keybase.io/docs/kbfs and review its date, alpha-version references, planned functionality, and data-loss warnings. Verify which statements still apply before updating the documentation so its status and current behavior are accurate.
