Keybase GUI Version: 5.1.1-20191211174240+15bbb94c23
When sending XLM to COinbase account : Address + Memo from mobile or windows app it says : Error Unpacking btx and it is impossible to send it .
Tried different amounts or even creating a new Stellar recipient user and it still gets the same issue .
