"Open Keybase on startup" not possible to turn off

Keybase GUI Version: 5.1.1-20191211174240+15bbb94c23
I open Keybase settings - advanced, uncheck the "Open Keybase on startup", quit Keybase (there is no "save button" is there?) and then when I restart Windows, Kyebase starts again automatically.
I expect it to NOT start automatically.
