accessibility needs to be be improved with voiceover

I'm a visually impaired user who uses voiceover as a screen reader. You can access it with command f5 from anywhere. I hope the logs actually help as I don't know what's in them. Basically no elements are labeled at the top of the window so I can use the app affectively such as making teams, uploading files, sharing encrypted links , etc. I hope all of this can be looked into. If you have any questions, ask me, I will be more than happy to beta test.
