Description
I accidentally copied alot of files to KBFS. It hogs my internet and prevents me from uploading files I actually want to upload. I've tried removing the folders from KBFS. Restarting Windows and even disabling and reenableling KBFS in explorer. There seems to be no way to stop Keybase from uploading these files.
How can I stop uploads in progress?

Research direction
The issue names KBFS and Windows Explorer but no source file, test, or entry point. Start by reproducing an upload after copying many files to KBFS, then trace how uploads are scheduled and cancelled; done means users can stop uploads in progress without restarting or disabling KBFS.
