Description

This is more of a question than an issue.
I mostly use Keybase for the chat and file sharing features. A more concise Slack type of use-case, if you will.
While the mobile app seems very solid, I find the desktop client on Windows 10 quite lacking. I chat a lot in Hebrew, which is a right to left language. While the mobile app supports text directionality well, the desktop client does not. It doesn't seem to support the Unicode algorithm and therefore displays everything with a left-to-right directionality causing languages written from right to left to break.

Another issue is that the client is using some atrocious font for Hebrew and I can't find a way to change it. This is really a big problem because the default font is a pain to use.
Am I missing something obvious? If not, is there a config file I might be able to edit to at least change the font to something more legible?

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; begin by locating the Windows desktop client's text-rendering and font-configuration paths, then reproduce the problem with Hebrew text. Done means right-to-left text follows the Unicode directionality rules and users have a supported way to choose a more legible font.
