Social Icons displaying in contact list, but no actual accounts

I revoked my Reddit and Twitter months ago, but social icons for both sites still show next to my username in contact lists after clicking the search bar (IOS and Android). During and after making an actual search for my username in the search bar, only my actual social icons appear next to my username as they should always (I only have GitHub). This was confirmed by my girlfriend when she checked her contact list and also made a search, and got the same result for my icons. Likely the case for others as well.
