Description

I've just noticed that a recent release has added a button to the bottom of the chat window to insert moronic animated GIFs from Giphy into chat.

Any chance you could add a setting to let us customise which buttons are displayed in the chat window so that people who like to communicate using... you know... actual "words" can turn off the "irritating pictures for idiots" options?

Research direction

Start by locating the chat window and the code that renders its buttons, then inspect how existing client settings are defined and exposed. Done means users can choose which chat-window buttons are displayed, including hiding the Giphy button, with the setting applied consistently in the relevant client UI.
